📌 Less is More: Sharpening the Focus
Over the past few weeks I’ve had a recurring question come my way:
“What’s the plan with The Blue Collar Evangelist?”
To be candid, I didn’t have a sharp answer in the beginning. But now, I do.
The plan is simple: Less noise, more value.
I’m focusing on fewer things done better, and chief among them is this:
To serve as a translator between the Blue Collar, Skilled Trades world and the White Collar, Private Equity-backed environment.
Why? Because I’ve spent time in both worlds, AND there’s a massive opportunity to better align values, intentions, and long-term goals between:
Tradespeople and project managers on the front lines
Business owners working hard in the field
Investors and operators building the next generation of trade-focused businesses
There are great people in each group. But also gaps between motivations, language, and expectations. I’ll be shining a light on these dynamics, sharing conversations, and bridging understanding. For today’s stakeholders and tomorrow’s leaders.
❓Three Questions Coming Soon
A good friend recently gave me an idea that’s quickly become a favorite:
A recurring segment featuring “Three Questions” I ask every guest.
Whether it’s a tradesperson, an entrepreneur, or an investor, I want to know:
What should we be asking more often?
What are you seeing that most people are missing?
What motivates you beyond the financial upside?
Would love your help:
What questions do you want to hear answered?

âšľ Philly: The Future is Bright
This week, I had the privilege of attending the Skilled Trades All-Star Program in Philadelphia, hosted by the Phillies and powered by Nest / Skilled Trade Advisory Council.
🛠️ Local youth.
đź‘· Skilled trades pros.
📣 A rallying cry for the future of our workforce.
This event reminded me of something important: The next generation is watching. And they deserve our investment, our attention, and a future where trades work is respected, celebrated, and supported.

đź‘‹ Final Thought
If you're still with me—thank you. I’m energized by the conversations, the encouragement, and the conviction that we’re building something that matters. Together.
Let’s keep this going.
