Making Time, Making Moves

First and foremost, I’m incredibly grateful as the number of readers continues to grow, I’ve received increasing feedback, and genuine connection with so many of you, thank you!

This past week brought a handful of firsts, meaningful connections, and a few more miles on the road ahead.

🔷 I had the privilege to sit in on my very first management presentation as an advisor and investor. Watching a team walk through their business with confidence and clarity was energizing. It reinforced why I remain so passionate about operational excellence, leadership, and long-term value creation.

🔷 I've continued having thoughtful and engaging conversations with successful investors and business owners. Many have built something from scratch, and their insights only deepen my commitment to supporting those who are building real businesses in the real world.

🔷 In the coming weeks, I will be traveling for work to Miami, Tampa, Philadelphia, and Greer, South Carolina. If you're in one of these areas and would like to connect, please reach out.

🔷 I was recently offered the opportunity to step in as interim CEO for a PE-backed platform, with the plan to eventually transition into the CEO role at a separate, rapidly growing platform within the same portfolio. I am incredibly grateful for the trust and the potential impact ahead.

🔷 On a personal note, I’ve set up weekly check-ins with one of my good friends from YPO. These conversations have been a powerful source of encouragement, focus, and inspiration. It has been a reminder that surrounding yourself with the right people can sharpen your thinking and lift your spirit.
